Refund Policy for the National IT Skillsets Expansion Program (NITSEP)

Thank you for choosing NITSEP! Please take a moment to review our Refund Policy. By enrolling in the program, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Fee Structure

The fee for the NITSEP program is 450 Pakistani Rupees (PKR) per month, payable in full annually at the time of registration.

2. Non-Refundable Fee

Once the annual fee is paid, it is generally non-refundable.

3. Refund Conditions

A refund will be provided under the following conditions:

  • If you do not meet the necessary qualifications to join the program, or
  • If you do not receive access to the courses as a result of any error or issue caused by NITSEP.

In such cases, you will be eligible for a full refund of the paid annual fee. To qualify for a refund under these conditions, you must notify us within [specified period, e.g., 30 days] of registration.

4. Program Changes

In the event that the program is canceled or significantly altered by NITSEP, you will be notified in advance. However, the non-refundable policy will still apply to any payments made prior to such changes unless access to courses is not provided as promised.
