Terms and Conditions for the National IT Skilliest Expansion Program (NITSEP)

Welcome to NITSEP! By accessing or using our services, including enrolling in the program through the website https://www.nitsep.pk (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1.Eligibility

To enroll in the NITSEP program, you must meet the eligibility criteria set by NITSEP, including but not limited to educational qualifications or any other specific requirements defined for the course. If you do not meet these requirements, you may not be permitted to access the program.

2.Program Enrollment

By completing the registration process, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the program. Payment of the annual fee (450 PKR per month) is required for enrollment. Fees are due at the time of registration and are non-refundable, except under specific conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

3.User Responsibilities

Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Using the NITSEP services in accordance with the law and the terms outlined here.
Not engaging in any activities that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of NITSEP services or website.

4.Program Access

Access to the courses and materials is granted once you have successfully enrolled and paid the required fees. Access to the course content is solely for your personal use and is not transferable. Sharing or distributing course materials is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by NITSEP.

5.Payment Terms

Fees are 450 PKR per month, payable annually. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Failure to make the necessary payments will result in the suspension or termination of access to the program.

6.Refunds

As outlined in our Refund Policy, the program fee is non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued if you do not qualify for the program or if you do not receive access to the courses due to an error on the part of NITSEP. All refund requests must be made within the specified period.

7.Program Changes

NITSEP reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time without prior notice. In the event of significant changes or program discontinuation, you will be notified, and applicable refunds will be provided if necessary.

8.Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through the NITSEP program are the property of NITSEP and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials provided by NITSEP without explicit permission.

9.Limitation of Liability

NITSEP will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access to courses, or any errors on the website.

10.Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11.Termination

NITSEP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the program if you violate any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Upon termination, you will lose access to all course materials, and any unpaid fees will still be due.

12.Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Pakistan.

13.Modifications

NITSEP reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and the 'Last Updated' date will be revised. Continued use of the services after such changes will be deemed as acceptance of the new terms.
